The Sugar Factory — Restaurant in Pune

Today 17th March 2020, i am really disappointed to share this experience at at my second Visit to this store. I was scared at his reaction on just giving a past feedback on the Red Velvet cake purchased. I had once opted to buy a cake of the choice of the store keeper , where he suggested me to buy a velvet cake which was one of the worst cake i have had. Today when i had gone to buy a birthday cake for my sister, i just genuinely shared my experience about the past but than he was like you should have got back the cake, which means to prove the cake was wrong i should have traveled 17 KM back and return a birthday cake. These people are worst people where they start feeling that they have launched their business and the attitude they carry. I hope instead of such stores i would prefer buying cake from some...

Awesome cakes!! Just cut one for my son's birthday....it was looking so amazing that just did not wish to mar its perfection!

We had ordered a Dutch truffle cake with a photo printed on top. The cake was just the right amount of sweet and bitter, moist and freshly baked. The chocolate filling was thick and even throughout. The icing around the cake was soft and melt-in-the-mouth without any hint of crystals or a roughness of sugar.

For the photo print, we had provided a clear image of Noddy. It was so cleanly printed that it looked straight out of a book! They had also added chocolate pebbles in different colours in the icing edged around the cake, which mirrored the vibrant colours of the image.

Needless to say, the cake was appreciated by everyone who attended and was speedily...

Bakwas place, giving 1star because Google doesn't offer zero star. First of all, they don't even give paper dish and tissue paper to their customers. A very very strange and bad thing they did was, they asked me to pay for the ice-cream and puff twice. One of the employee collected the payment and later eloped. When I was about to leave, one of the other person (I think manager of the shop) asked me to pay. When I told that the payment was already collected by other employee of the shop (who all of a sudden went home) , he without confirmation, straightaway refused and asked me to pay again. I asked him to check the CCTV footage if he had any doubt, for which he said all of them were non functional. All of this is worst behaviour and should...
