I recently purchased a cake from your bakery for a special occasion, and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The moment I opened the box, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant odor that hinted at something off. Upon tasting it, the cake had a strange, almost chemical-like flavor that was far from appetizing. What's worse, the texture was off-puttingly dense, as if it hadn't been properly cooked through. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cake, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered Redvelvet Pastry and Chocolate overloaded brownie. Firstly one item was missing. They sent Redvelvet Pastry that was i dont know how many days old but it was hard as rock. Before packing dont you guys f# check. Like seriously it was not even eatable.It has occurred before as well that sometimes what we order didn't felt fresh but dame how can you send something that cant be even eaten. Have atlist some professional ethics. Waste of time and money. Pathetic service from specially this one outlet.

Update 2 - Still waiting to hear back from Theobroma peeps. Guys, getting a form filled just to show that you are concerned about bad food feedback does not solve a poor customer experience

I ordered 10 sandwiches from this place today, both veg & non veg...all sandwiches were smelly, sour tasting & stale. The bread was very stale and hard and it seemed unhealthy to eat (MUST HAVE BEEN ATLEAST 3-4 DAYS OLD) We had to throw away the entire order. I have been a regular at Theobroma till a few months back but stopped due to poor food quality and today was a really horrible experience. Infact, I even got a call from their staff as they had limited chicken sandwiches, and trusting them I told them to send whichever sandwich was available at same price. Not once did they bother to tell me that they don't have any fresh sandwich available. WILL NEVER STEP INTO THIS PLACE AGAIN OR EAT...

unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected from such a brand.

To my surprise, there were multiple flies hovering around the cakes and pastries on display, which was extremely unhygienic and disappointing. It really raised concerns about their food safety and cleanliness standards.

On top of that, when I tried to address the issue, the staff seemed quite arrogant and unbothered, which made the whole situation even worse.

For a premium bakery like Theobroma, I expected better hygiene and customer service. Definitely not the experience I...

Had to give 1star as cant give below that. Worat service ever seen in any cake shop. Its better if u order from swiggy or zomato atleat u dont have to see there reactions. I asked for cake then asked the combination of another cake, the guy made face. i asked him to write congrats on the cake, agreed we cannot write anything on cake now but he still made face and yhw reaction was he was doing any favours to me. Just hated thw worst reaction in any cake shop
