Pizza Hut | WTC Kharadi, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

Dirty chairs, disgusting hygiene, and shocking customer service. We asked to place an order, and the first thing the man at the counter said was, “Dining is not available. There is a birthday party here.” We asked if we could sit outside and he reluctantly said yes. We could see there was just 1 table there. The table was dirty from previous use, and nobody bothered to clean it before they asked us to take that table. All 4 chairs were unclean and sticky. We got our order after 25 minutes and didn’t think anything of it. But what really shocked us was when the next customers came in…AND THEY WERE ALL ALLOWED TO SIT INSIDE! Their food came much faster, and even though they came after us, they got to leave when we weren’t even halfway through. So they clearly weren’t a part of any birthday party because these people all sat on different tables and it was obvious that they didn’t know each other. Horrified at the attempt of kicking us out. Not expected from such a renowned chain of restaurants. But well, it did happen, and it was humiliating and upsetting, to say the least. Thanks for nothing, Pizza Hut Kharadi. Order no. 10584797 dated 1st May. I ordered for Medium Ultimate Tandoori Veggie with San Franciso Style. I was pretty excited about my order as the description read as below on pizza hut website: "An ultimate combination of your favourite veggies- onion, green capsicum, mushroom, tomato, spicy jalapeno on tandoori sauce, topped with 100% mozzarella cheese & generous drizzle of mint mayo" What I received didn't had even 1 bit of Jalapeno (forget about spicy in tandoori sauce) and the unique point for me to order this one was drizzle of mint mayo which I guess the restaurant forgot completely. However 3 stars for having additional toppings on my pizza that I added. Deliver was very late from the time when the status read 'order dispatched' - took aroun 20mins whereas I can physically go to restaurant, pickup my order and come back home in less than 20mins (Pizza hut is literally that near to my house). My Choco Volcano was cold and didn't enjoyed it to the extent I hoped for. But I received every item that I ordered and taste was decent. I would imagine better service from PizzaHut next...

I frequently visited this outlet. I like the taste of pizza and other things. Prize is not the concern its okok as compare to food quality. Ambience is good I give 4.5 ratings to the Ambience. Infrastructure-In this point ideally there should be a washroom and washbasin.but in this outlet both are not available. Otherwise good place to celebrate birthday. Service- the service need to improve. Dont know what is the problem of them they took very long time to serve the order. I order a meal for 2 and i recieved this after waiting of 2hrs. Its not that much good place to spend 2 hrs for pizza there. The staff is totally confused they dont know what to give and how. I will give only 1 rating for the staff. Also they make a very noise. Louder than the customer visited there. They asks only for the ratings. Hygiene is not proper maintained in kitchen. I am editing this review because of staff behavior they need to strictly learn...
