WARNING: A dead cockroach was found inside the Taro Bubble Tea served to us at Third Wave Coffee – Wanowrie after my mother had already finished most of the drink.

This is not just a hygiene issue — it is a serious health hazard. What was truly shocking is that not a single staff member took responsibility. No apology, no escalation, and the manager has been completely unavailable and ignoring calls.

Because of your negligence, my mother had to be put on antibiotics and we have been advised to monitor her for infection for the next 48 hours. We will be keeping all medical bills and records related to this incident.

We expect the following immediately: • A written apology and official acknowledgement of the incident • Confirmation that this has been escalated to your corporate Quality & Hygiene team • Details of immediate corrective measures being taken • Full refund of the bill amount (₹1,903.95) • Reimbursement of medical expenses incurred due to this incident
