absolutely horrible service.they take money upfront and never bother about service. I opted for a monthly plan (paid on 27th May,2019). after 5 days they stopped providing. I had to call several times (BTW getting a response from them is a pain , they respond at their will.) then they informed that their service is closed till 10 Jun, even after 10th June , they haven't started, and after several efforts they told me that services will resume from 13th June, which did not happen either. I had to call them agian , no one picks up as usual and got an message that they are closed for June. I asked them to refund my money.
