BITTU DA DHABA — Restaurant in Punjab

We had heard quite a lot about the food served here from some of our acquaintances, but honestly speaking, we didn't enjoy having dinner here at all. First of all, the ambience is not at all appealing, the chair covers were torn. Didn't feel like sitting on such outdated old furniture. Secondly, we had to wait for at least 15 min as all tables were occupied but I would admit here that we went there after 10 pm, so this may be the reason. Even after getting the table and ordering the food, we had to wait for around 15-20 min just for water and around 30-35 min for food. So, it can be said that service was poor. There was only one confused waiter attending 5-6 tables. However, the food was good taste wise. We ordered 2 simple thalis & one Mushroom masala. The dal, rajmah, rice in Thali along with mushroom were yummy except the chapatis which we had to get replaced as they weren't properly cooked. On complaining about all these issues, we were told that two of the waiters were absent due to which all this happened. Worms in My food

With a very big disapointment i am writing this letter, i ordered malai kofta and chana masala from Bittu da Dhaba (Phase 7 Mohali) and in malai kofta we found worm (Pics Attached).

I don't understand how can restaurants play with the health of there costumers like this. I want you to look into this matter ASAP and provide me your rectification mail and tell me what should be done.

i have preserved the food as i will be going to the restaurant owner later in the evening. This order was done from my sister's phone and itwas her first order and to our dismay we had the worst food ever. who will be responsible if something wrong happens to us all ? as we already had eaten the food !!!

I remember the year 2010 when for the first time I went there with my friends. I was surprised by the taste which was amazing. Ever since we use to go there. However, over the last five years they failed to maintain the restaurant and I am nit getting the vibe of it. They have to update the interior to modern so as to make it look more pleasant. I remember when Ramesh and Maan Singh joined this restaurant and they were in their early twenties. Now they have grown and are taking care of every detail of the restaurant.
