Please don’t go here unless you like bitter coffee. I had a really bad experience, I was actually grateful that they give a small quantity of such overpriced coffee cuz it was so bitter, I tried adding the sugar syrup they gave us but even after adding a lot of it, it was still so bitter.I didn’t like the blueberry muffin aswell, maybe cuz I have a sweet tooth, it just tasted so basic and had a bitter aftertaste idk why and even the texture of the muffin was hard 😭😭 my dad ordered omelette and chicken with bread and the omelette had no salt and the bread was really tough and chewy. Well to start with coffee pricing is on Indian standard high as usual.

Had plenty of faith in the coffee considering they have their own roast. The machine looked professional.

The staff was good ..told extra hot and it was extra hot not burnt milk like barista or ccds. The location is good..

The paper glass well considered for the environment but was leaky at the bottom. They can work on that rest takeaway cups are well thought of for environment.

Coming to the coffee I had big hope considering the aroma was good and here I go my first sip and it was nothing different to a generic seven eleven machine made cuppa… was disappointed at first but slowly the taste was developed.

I wouldn’t rate a perfect coffee but it was okay still doesn’t justify it price...

I would like to share my amazing experience that I had in Blue Tokai Cafe, Mohali. I was really confused like what to order but Girish one of your crew member helped me in selecting the best coffee. He is very gentle and a person with positive vibes. I have visited other cafes also but haven't seen the man like him. He was ready to help and is jolly in nature. He guides the person very well. All is that we just had to tell him the basics of the answers to the questions he asks and on that basis he judges the taste of the client and suggest coffee according to our taste.
