From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt like an extension of my own home, with motivated young girls serving with authentic Indian hospitality and smiles that brighten the day.The Lacha Parantha & Chicken Curry, reminiscent of Sunday brunches with family, were nothing short of a gastronomic delight. The parantha, made with high-quality atta, and the flavorsome yet light chicken curry were a testament to Chef Hitika's commitment to authenticity and taste.

Adding to the symphony of flavors were the sumptuous Keema Bun and Vada Pav. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, transporting me to the streets of Mumbai. It's not just about the food; it's a journey through India's culinary wonders right at your table.

The ambiance, as always, was neat and clean, creating a cozy haven for both new-age young adults and parents looking to enjoy quality time together.

IndiSubb, the newest gem in Mohali where traditional Indian flavours meet modern comfort thereby becoming one fabulous spot. They are offering a one of a kind mix of authentic dishes and contemporary turns on the exemplary old fashioned recipes.

From the moment you step in, you'll be enveloped in the warm aromas of freshly prepared sandwiches to hearty Paranthas and what not. Their cozy and stylish seating creates the perfect ambiance for a relaxing dining experience.

What I liked about them is that they are using some of the finest ingredients to craft each dish with care and passion. Their menu features a delectable array of options, from classic favourites like Bombay style Vada pao and fragrant Tawa Chana Bhatura to inventive creations like Sattu Sandwich and Sattu Parantha showcasing the regional specialties from across India. Whether you are craving a hearty meal or a light snack, their diverse offerings cater to all tastes.

My personal recommendation would have to be their Sattu Parantha that is cooked using Desi Ghee and is packed with flavours. Pair it with some yoghurt and a dallop of butter and you are good to go.

Besides that, their newly launched Chana Tawa Bhatura is a hit. Soft bhature are served with a spicy yet tangy bowl of Chana and topped with home made Chilli pickle and a Potato sabzi. Top notch stuff.

Besides this, one can certainly not miss out on their iconic Sattu Sandwich which by all means is something out of this world. The sattu blends really well with a hot and sweet sauce and a slice of cheese makes it an even wonderful dish. Wash it all down with a cup of tea or a refreshing mango lassi as you unwind and savour the flavours of India.

I tried different dishes which were all irresistible but the Vada Pav, paired with a delightful chai infused with Gur, Adrak, and Dalchini, transported me back to the comforting tastes of home.

Hitika, the chef at IndiSuBb, personally ensured a warm and inviting atmosphere, making the dining experience all the more special. Each dish I tried was a perfect blend of flavors, showcasing the chef's skill and dedication to creating a memorable dining experience.
