You have worst service, I can think off. Firstly, you want your customers to order online through your app. And then there is no way to contact anyone to confirm about order status in case of delay. The phone number of restaurant provided on website is switched off. And you claim to solve my issue in 24 Hours when tried to contact customer care. When I visited restaurant to enquire about the delay, restaurant people had the most lame excuse that there is shortage of staff. That's why they didn't prepare the order. And neither were they willing to accept their mistake that they were unable to deliver order even after 30 minutes after their own deadline which already was 50 minutes. They even had the audacity to charge me handling and delivery charges for my order when the order was collected by me from the restaurant after 1 hour of waiting.
