(Persistent Issue with Order Quality and Quantity at Amritsar Branch, Mall road, Novelty Mall)

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recurring discrepancies I have experienced with my orders from your Burger King branch located at Shop No 4 to 7, GF, Novelty Chowk, Lawrence Road, Joshi Colony, Amritsar, Punjab 143001.

Over the past several months, I have noticed a consistent pattern of receiving meals that fall short in both quantity and ingredient composition. Specifically, my orders frequently arrive with fewer ingredients than advertised, and the overall portion sizes are noticeably smaller than expected. This issue has persisted despite the fact that I am paying the full price for my meals.

As a loyal customer, I find this situation quite disheartening. It is my understanding that when a customer pays for a meal, they are entitled to receive the full and accurate product as described. The repeated shortfall in quantity and missing ingredients not only undermines the value of the meal but also diminishes the overall dining experience that Burger King is known for.

I believe it is crucial for your team to address this matter promptly to maintain the high standards that customers expect from Burger King. This issue may stem from a variety of factors, including staff training, inventory management, or quality control processes. Regardless of the cause, it is imperative that corrective measures are taken to ensure that all meals are prepared accurately and consistently.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate actions be taken to rectify these issues. I would appreciate feedback on the steps being implemented to prevent such discrepancies in the future.

WORST experience EVER. I was told that it would take 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. When it was nearing half and hour, I went up to the counter to find out the status of my order. The food had been sitting there for an unknown period of time (at least 10 minutes while I waited at the counter to address my concern). When I inquired why my order number was never called out I was told that they have had a lot of mobile orders - this tells me that mobile orders take priority over customers who are SITTING RIGHT THERE IN THE RESTAURANT WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD. They proceeded to make a new order for me as this food was cold. While making the new order, they shift around the receipt from one tray to another and some other guy waiting for his order starts handling MY french fries! I get very upset and insist on a new french fries as well because these ones are now contaminated by some other guy reaching for them. After choking down my food (because now I’m very upset by the experience), I ask to speak with the Manager of the store. He comes out to my table and I review the situation with him and ask him the question: “Do the customers sitting right here in the restaurant have SECOND PRIORITY over those who are sitting at home waiting for their order?” To which he could not give me a straight answer. Burger King is located in Omex Novelty Mall on Mall Road. It’s a kind of happening place in the evenings and special during week ends. This shop is nicely done by professionals. A few stairs and you are in this awesome shop. There s sitting arrangements as well. There s separate room for birthday and other parties. This place is very conveniently located on the famous Mall Road and Lawrance Road Junction. Approximately 50 people can sit here and there are two sections to sit. The brand name “Burger King” is displayed well and one can locate it easily. Bright neon light boards are displayed. Parking is conveniently available if you entered from Mall side. Since this outlet is located in a mall, there s big parking at the basement of the mall. Staff is cool and helpful. Wash rooms are also neat and clean. They are also offering home deliveries through Zomato, Uber eats and swiggy etc. The place is crowded in the evenings. The separate room to celebrate birthday and other parties may accommodate 20 to 30 people maximum. This outlet is offering many things or many types of Burgers in Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian are available. Paneer Chilli burger is just awesome. There are hot chicken burgers.
