Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

The staff here is utter rubbish. They have no sense of talking to the customer. I ordered 2 non veg whoppers and a crispy chicken 2 patty. The person taking the order was so absent minded he added single patty to the crispy chicken. He refused to give me the bill saying the rolls are finished. When the order was made, they harassed me for the bill. Why would i pay for my order, sit and wait just to listen to your idiotic comments? Later on when i addressed the issue to the manager a trainee started to misbehave. The manager is so stupid he just walked away without explaining the bill to me. I also told him there was a strand of hair in my tray to which he paid absolutely no attention. The excuse he had was that there was lot of orders so he did the pay attention. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Burger King outlet in VR Punjab Mall. The staff's unprofessionalism was astounding as they flat-out refused to accept my order, insisting that I use their app instead. To add insult to injury, they were unwilling to accept cash or card payments, only UPI, which was incredibly inconvenient.
