"The Sizzling Sizzler" food fest at Pirates of Grill with its regular buffet is a delightful experience. The non-veg starters such as Mutton Seekh and Punjabi Murg Tikka were delicious, and the non-veg dim sums were also worth trying.
However, the highlight of the food fest was the sizzlers section, which offered a variety of options. The Chicken and Paneer sizzlers were particularly noteworthy, and the aroma of the sizzling dishes was quite tempting.
The drink section had some unique options such as "Mango Curry" and "Sandal West," but the "Elder Tree" drink was the standout choice for its refreshing taste.
Moving on to the main course, the Mutton Keema was a must-try dish, and it didn't disappoint. The flavors were well-balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection.
Last but not least, the brownie sizzler served with ice cream was a perfect ending to the meal. The dessert was delectable and satisfying.
Overall, the food fest was a delightful experience with an excellent range of dishes and flavors to choose from. The service was prompt and efficient, and the ambiance was comfortable and inviting. If you're looking for a sizzling food fest with a regular buffet, the Pirates of Grill is...
Read moreMy husband and I came here for my first birthday together. It has since been my favorite spot. Their BBQ appetizers are amazing. They have plenty of options. Their kebab and corn was the best. My only set back here was not finding some authentic gol-gappas. But we can't have everything.
I genuinely don't like pineapple so I didn't try their grilled pineapple but my husband loved it.
Apart from the starters, their drinks and desserts are mind blowing. Amazing mango chocolate cake here. Everytime we went, we sort of skipped from appetizers to desserts because we didnt have enough space for the main course. The one time I did have main course and the variety was great.
Amazing and friendly staff and customer service as well. We had an international card that they didn't accept but they offered additional services as compensation. We obviously didn't take up the offer but it was a nice thought.
I'm aware there are other locations but I refuse to go elsewhere. Thank you for such an amazing job to the entire VR Punjab POG's team. We made amazing memories here. ❤❤
P.S. I apologize for the photo quality on some of these. They're screenshots of my Boomerangs...
Read moreWe visited Pirates of Grill yesterday evening and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. We tried the veg buffet and honestly, it was a complete waste of money. Snacks were just passable, but the barbecues were pathetic – no real variety for vegetarians. Paneer tikka was bland, malai soya tasted like dessert with all that sweetness, and mushrooms were the only other option. That’s what they call a buffet?
The main course was even worse. Plates literally smelled bad, and they were wiping them with a smelly cloth that only made things worse. Even after complaining several times (yes, even to the manager), nothing was done. The food itself tasted stale and had a foul smell — absolutely unacceptable. Desserts were very limited, and while the taste was okay, it doesn’t make up for the disaster of a meal.
Overall, a terrible experience. If I had the option to give them 0 stars, I would have. If you value your money and your health, don’t visit this place. I wouldn’t recommend...
