Wok noodles — Restaurant in Punjab

I was on the outlet at Vr Punjab....I need to tell you the experience, food was very good and tasty...but the handler thier...was pathetic, unprofessional, immature...I guess he was the manager there he name was Arvind I guess or Kunal , The guy with big moustache almost touching the chin below the lips....I am very much concerned about him...he was unprofessional, not attentive, withdrawal symptoms, not interested , as if he doesn't care about customer and repo of the hotel...the food was offered without spoon...i reminded him about that then the tissue paper then the serving plate...he offered me dustful wood spoon..with almost a type of fungus..when I asked he was " is mein kya issue hai, sab thik hain...." The way of treating customer was not so great...I'll will never visit the store again....one more thing the team was not happy with him...hr should run a skip level meeting or 1-1 meeting with the staff there.....I am big fan of your chinese food...I have almost ordered parcel from Swiggy and it's good but that guy behaviour was nonsense...I guess it was arvind...he is red in rag analysis...pls take necessary action, I'll will be waiting...

Very Bad service and behaviour of staff is very bad to customer if customer visit to this store for order so exicutive told wait 40 min after we have taken the order so is this right Y customer is waiting for so much long time for given order after given order more 30 min waiting for her order prepared The staff of this store only taken order from Swiggy and zomato people I recommend don't visit this is facing 4 time when I am visiting the store From last week Very very bad and discussing...

I must say one of worst food I ever had is here . Litterly me & wife got vomiting after having the meal here . We complaint about the food that our food does not cooked properly and there is no taste in noodles .. & the Manchurian was raw from inside . But person said sir we are using frozen Manchurian which taste like this only & said they. will take care next time . I think the stall by the road serve better quality then you ....
