I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Captain Sam’s, Sector 67, Mohali. This was my 10th order from them, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst. The pizza was completely pathetic — the base was hard like a rock, making it almost impossible to chew. On top of that, the pizza had a very strange and unpleasant smell, as if the ingredients were not fresh at all.
There was no taste, no proper toppings, and the overall quality was terrible. It felt like it had been sitting for hours before being delivered. I’ve been a regular customer until now, but after this experience, I seriously doubt I’ll ever order again. Even after giving them multiple chances, the quality has only gone down over time. This isn’t the standard you expect from a known brand like Captain Sam’s.
If you value your money and expect decent food, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s just not worth the price or the risk. Pizza is supposed to bring joy — not leave you frustrated and hungry. Very...
Read moreThey offer enticing deals on pizzas, including a pizza buffet. However, while the Margherita pizza is enjoyable, other varieties did not meet expectations. The restaurant itself can feel congested, which may affect the dining experience. They also have a small hall in the basement for events like birthdays or kitty parties. However, the basement space feels somewhat cramped and may not provide the most comfortable setting for gatherings. In addition to pizzas, they offer a range of other snacks. While the deals are attractive, the overall experience might be less favorable due to the tight space and inconsistent food quality. For those interested in the deals, it’s worth a visit, but be mindful of the limitations in space and...
Read moreI have been regular at their main outlet in Chandigarh for several years and have rarely been disappointed. However, the experience at this outlet was not as good as the main outlet. Soup was Cold, the whole Salad spread was not even as big as it's supposed to be. The most disappointing thing was the Paneer Pizza which was latterly falling like a Chapati because its base was soggy and very soft soft. The server guy also didn't seem to have any clue about it and was just blabbering anything when we complained about it. Though Thin Crust Pizza and Garlic bread were a saving grace. Overall it didn't seem worth spending 400 bucks.
For better experience you should go to their main...
