I recently dined at Phawa food , and unfortunately, I have to share a disappointing experience.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was hopeful based on the ambiance, but my excitement quickly waned. The first alarming sign was the condition of the kitchen, which I could partially see from my table. It appeared disheveled and unsanitary, with food scraps scattered around and surfaces that seemed to lack regular cleaning. This raised several red flags about food safety and hygiene.
When the food arrived, my concerns were confirmed. The dishes were subpar, lacking flavor and freshness. It felt like the ingredients were not properly handled or stored. The main course had an unusual texture, as if it had been sitting out for too long before being served. The overall experience left a lot to be desired.
I believe cleanliness is crucial in any restaurant, especially in the kitchen where food is prepared. I was disheartened to see that [Pahwa food] did not prioritize this aspect, and it certainly reflected in the quality of the food.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their kitchen hygiene, as well as the overall quality of the dishes they serve. Until then, I cannot recommend this...
