'If it's not messy, it's not American'- This is what Mr. Dev proclaims. This is a tiny, not cute and definitely not aesthetic shop/cafe in the market of sec 118, SAS nagar. In terms of food, I have mixed opinions. Some of my friends really liked it, and I on the other hand found it 'okay'. My friends found the bbq sauce which mr.Dev didn't shy away from putting on the burgers, quite delicious but I found it to be a little extra. What we ordered- Texan BBQ paneer burger- It was a wholesome burger. The ingredients used were of good quality. The paneer patty was crisp and the buns were well toasted. The burgers were served with 3-4 onion rings as well. But that BBQ sauce, God!!. As much as I liked the taste of it, it was just too much for me. But then again, the name of the burger is BBQ burger, what else was I expecting. It was still too much, I had to wipe my burger with tissue papers to be able to eat it. My friends really liked it though. My weird palate friend is guessing that it had rum in it. But she gets high on green tea, so she can't be trusted with finding ingredients. Chicken burger * My chicken eating friend really liked it. According to him "the chicken patty was thick and the sauce was really good". He wants to make these visits regular.. So if you want to trust my chicken eating friend, you can definitely visit this place. cold coffee It's cold coffee, you can't really go wrong with it. He made it in front of us. He put good quality coffee and milk and blended it. Taaddaa! Coffee was ready. No rocket science as such. The coffee was 300rs, the cup was of medium size. Fries* We ordered fries separately because they were not provided with the burger. The fries were good and the portion was enough for 3-4 people. Environment The chef makes the food right in front of you which is interesting but along with the food you also get to see the messy kitchen behind him. If you are like my other friend who is very particular about her things and wants things to be "saf-suthra", this place will give you an ick.. *Do i recommend it? * Many famous people have been to this place. There are pictures of artists like lucky ali on the wall. So if you want to see what people like them eat, do visit the place. Also the music he played on the stereo was interesting and my musically deaf self really liked it. I mean go there once and see if it's your type or not. It's not my type but definitely...

This place is a one stop destination for the most delectable burgers in tricity topped with fun conversations with the amazing chef.
A small open kitchen located near the Noth County Mall serving scrumptious burgers & much more for an authentic taste treat.
Every ingredient including the sauces are hand picked & made by the chef himself making the dishes an absolute "to die for" experience.
Sriracha mango paneer burger - 5/5 As strange as the name may sound, this was one of the most delicious veg burgers I have ever had. Paneer cooked in butter & topped with slices of fresh mangoes go in between buns layered with "picked jalapenos" & "sriracha chilli sauce". Both the sauces give this dellish kick to the burger. An absolute "must have".
Chicken volcano burger - 5/5 Total justice to the name, the burger patty was minced chicken stuffed with loads of cheese, cooked in butter and topped with cheese slices again. Layered between the "picked jalapenos" & the cheesy "ranch sauce", this burger is a true cheese volcano in every bite.
Nutella fries - 5/5 Crispy fries coated with generous serving of nutella & caramel sauce with a hint of salt. It's a perfect dessert to indulge in with friends.
Cherry cheesecake - 5/5 There can't be a better way to end your meal, than to relish layers of dessert delight by the chef.
This place is a hidden gem which deserves more footfall for the unmatchable taste &...
Read moreChandigarh has never had a reliable choice for gourmet style burgers. For burger enthusiasts like myself, this presented a particularly difficult problem. Dev's American Café gained popularity in the year of 2016 thanks to its delicious burgers. They had commenced operations at Sector 44's British School.
They currently have a solid setup in TDI City, Mohali. I went to see them one pleasant evening to taste some of their cuisine. Dev knows what he's up to and has a fantastic atmosphere. I always like catching up with him. They offer a wide variety of foodstuff, including bacon, pork, chicken, and other ingredients.
I enjoyed their pulled pork and deep-fried chicken sandwiches. The sandwich with pulled pork was excellent. Before being tossed in homemade BBQ sauce, the shredded pork was marinated for 24 hours in a variety of spices. The sandwich contained cheese, pulled pork, red chilli, and jalapenos. Absolutely superb work. Try this out.
The deep-fried chicken sandwich that followed was equally delicious. The house ranch, which is made by Dev himself, must be the sandwich's USP. The chicken's flavours really blew my mind. In Chandigarh, I had the finest sandwich I've ever tasted. Do ensure that you also give a try to their Bourbon Mushroom Burger, as it is their specialty.
All in all, it costed me 1100 rupees to try out the two sandwiches, but it was totally worth it. I look forward to visiting...
