Domino's Pizza | Sector 70, Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

I ordered farmhouse with extra cheese as I like it and whenever I use to order pizza from this place they never add extra cheese after charging extra.. So this time after ordering from domino’s app i thought let me call at store to ensure that they don’t forget to add i had talk on the call that person who was on the call said that don’t worry i add but when i received it der was no extra cheese.. so I cashed up the store and sent picture to him and was waiting for reply. Then i got a call from the guy saying that he will replace the pizza. My answer was “but I already started eating it as i was hungry “ his reply ase kese kha leya with a very rude tone.. Now have a look at this pizza and tell me wer is that extra cheese ?? Whenever i order from this outlet always have bad experience…. Please teach some manners to your staff that how to talk with customers when mistake is from your side..

I wonder why this Dominos hasn't shut down yet! Being a Dominos fan, it was just the worst Dominos experience I ever had 2 weeks ago with the really dry, bad- tasting pizza that was served to us for takeaway, the garlic bread was okay, but we weren't even given the cheesy dip which we had paid for. We found out later after we had left.

The staff wasn't kind either, the lady who took our order had the worst expression on her face and she was least responsive to us. She later asked us to drop a feedback, and so here goes my feedback. I'd not even give this 1 star. We'd absolutely like a refund for this...

I ordered 3 pizza's from swiggy today. Order #38. First, they delivered late. I called and the reception lady was very weird, told me directly that she is not aware of the refund process, directly deal with delivery boy or manager. Then came the delivery boy, he was becoming over smart and mentioned delivered over the app before actual delivery happened. Regarding food, again worst pizza's I ever had. Lot of red ketchup, corn pizza was burnt up. Wasted my money,...
