Extremely Disappointed – Masti Zone Mohali is Going Downhill!

I used to be a regular visitor at Masti Zone Mohali at Jubilee walk, often taking my children there to play and unwind. But over the past few weeks, the condition of this place has deteriorated so badly, it’s become unrecognizable. It’s heartbreaking to see a place once filled with joy and laughter now turning into an unhygienic, poorly managed mess.

I visited Masti Zone two weekends in a row, and each time it was absolutely filthy. Dust, trash, and an overall stench greeted us instead of the cheerful, clean environment it once had. But the final straw was our visit on April 19, 2025, around 9 PM.

To our utter shock and horror, there was a dog roaming inside the soft play zone—yes, a dog in a space meant for children! My husband and I were speechless. When I approached the staff, hoping for a swift apology or explanation, I was met with even more disbelief. They casually told me that the couple with the dog had “permission” to bring it in.

Permission? In a kids’ soft play area?! This isn’t just careless—it’s downright irresponsible and dangerous. Allergies, hygiene concerns, fear among kids—none of that seemed to matter to the staff. The safety and well-being of children should always come first, but clearly, Masti Zone no longer operates with that principle.

I never imagined I’d have to reconsider bringing my kids to a place they once loved so much. But after what I witnessed, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to any parent. Masti Zone needs urgent management intervention before it completely loses the trust of its...

The play area itself is well-maintained and enjoyable; however, I noticed some concerns with the staff. The attendants there seem untrained and unengaged. They were gathered in a group, chatting among themselves, rather than actively supervising the children. Despite my repeated requests, one staff member briefly accompanied a child to the slide but quickly returned to her group.

In comparison, other play areas in the vicinity have a more attentive approach, especially for younger children aged 2-3 years. They ensure that a dedicated staff member is assigned to look after them, providing proper care and supervision.

While I appreciate that Masti Zone has staff in place, it would be great if they were more proactive and attentive to the children’s needs. This would significantly enhance the overall experience for both kids...
