Domino's Pizza | Zirakpur Chowk, Zirakpur — Restaurant in Punjab

I recently placed an order through Zomato from Domino’s Pizza at PARAS DOWN TOWN SQUARE MALL, Zirakpur, including a Taco Mexicana Non-Veg. Unfortunately, what I received was extremely disappointing. The chicken patty was broken into pieces, and there was an insufficient amount of sauce, barely enough for 2–3 bites. The rest of the taco was just crispy roti with some chicken, which made it unappetizing and far from what I expected. It was, without a doubt, the worst taco I’ve ever had. This is nowhere near the standard Domino's advertises on its website. According to the description, the Taco Mexicana Non-Veg is supposed to be “a crispy flaky wrap filled with Hot and Smoky Chicken Patty rolled over a creamy Harissa Sauce.” What I received did not align with this promise at all. When I raised this issue with the Zirakpur branch manager, her response was shocking. She admitted they applied only a minimal amount of sauce and, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, offered either to refund my money or send replacement tacos later, citing store rush as the reason. I was left wondering—does my order not matter because it was prepaid? How could I be treated like this? Such customer service is unacceptable. This branch of dominos is showing heights of atrociousness,their arrogant and pathetic behaviour is bringing down the name and reputation of the company.In the recent months we've occasionally ordered pizza from the Domino's application and every single time we've been utterly disappointed. Though we live in proximity of 1-2km of the restaurant still the pizza is always delivered 45-50 min late every particular time and, I would like to appreciate the efforts of the staff for keeping up the taste of staleness in their chilled and cold delivered pizza's 👌🏻👌🏻.And what say for their manager 🙇🏻‍♂️every time they've been asked for refund ,they play the card of "terms and conditions" and refuse it with words embibed with pure arrogance.This has become a custom for them in recent times to delay the delivery intentionally and master their act of imperfection. Hi domino ,I'm thinking of ordering pizza but , suddenly I remember now domino is giving 3rd class quality, when I was in my childhood phase I eat 49 of rs pizza that time pizza hor now I even order 200 rs pizza quality is so poor ,why dominos if time change please raise price but don't down your quality. Pizza base is so bad and even not properly cooked ,recently I order pizza margarita base gravy is not cooked properly,once I think of complaint then I think leave. Don't think of deliverring in 30 min instead deliver quality food . Suggestion even someone buy 69 rs pizza or 499 you have to give quality food.
