The staff weren’t even listening when my brother placed the order initially, only one item of starter came when we actually ordered three. The food to taken some time to come.

The items that we had ordered, tasted very ordinary and had no taste of authenticity at all. When we had raised concerns with the manager he assured us that the food was authentic. It appeared that they boiled some chicken, and use some different gravy and just put it together.

After prolong dispute they decided not to cancel our order. The manager walked out of the building during the conversation. My mother was quite upset and stated to them you know what’s going on. We’re having a conversation people just walked out. Do they expect us to pay the bill and just leave? At this point this was at the beginning of our meal. We had not taken no more than two bites of our meal. We ordered some chicken biryani, which was unpalatable. Furthermore, the last chicken dum item I felt was made in a hurry, and I felt that it was undercooked. Unfortunately, this became true some hours later as I developed gastroenteritis, and I had a flight to catch a few hours later to which I was in a very, very sorry state thanks to foodeez.

For the level of service that they are expected to deliver, the prices that they charge and the standard of restaurant which they perceived to be the whole experience and food was diabolically below standard. I can comfortably say that I’ve never had a worse meal in my life.

I noticed that other people complained as well. We had noticed several people complain about their food, and they had returned their dishes.

Avoid...

HORRIFIC. Only if Google allows to give Zero rating I would have done that.

Behaviour of Staff including manager totally unacceptable. They don't like to listen to their customers. Not even focused or attentive whilst noting down food order.

Food quality absolutely horrible. No taste at all. We ordered two main curry items which is unpalatable. Upon complaining, we were told every one has different taste hence, otherwise their dishes are perfect and authentic. After arguments they agreed to replace our dishes (NOT CANCEL), even worse. BIRYANI over salty.

EVEN WORSE we developed food poisoning few hours later.

I wish I could tell our experience to an owner about their staff attitude. A BIG NO TO THIS...

Recently visited for lunch during a short trip and I must say the food was excellent. We had ordered virjin mojito which was fabulous considering many places get it wrong. The tandoori chicken was super delicious. Butter naan was soft and tasty by itself. Mix veg side dish consisted of exotic vegetables, which was delicious. Murg tikka masala was another note-worthy dish. The staff is extremely polite and cordial. There are very few restaurants where everything is good, well this is one such place. No one would be disappointed while visiting this place. They have a bar section as well and have a good selection of liquor. Kudos to the team for such a wonderful job.
