This place is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. We’ve all put up with mediocre food and so-so service before, but refusing water? That’s a new low. Seven of us showed up at this dump after hearing mixed reviews—should’ve known better. We asked for plain water, and the staff hit us with, “We don’t serve water on Saturday nights. Buy a bottle or tough luck.” Are you kidding me? What kind of idiotic policy is that? I demanded to talk to the captain, and he backtracked, mumbling it’s not really a policy, just that they’re “too busy” to bother with water on Saturdays. Right, because pouring a glass is such a Herculean task.||Then we escalated it to the manager, and his genius solution was, “Buy one bottle, and maybe we’ll bring you water later.” Seriously?
