Very Terrible Experience Overall. Let's start with Drive-Thru, rang the bell atleast 4-5 times and waited for a few minutes between each ring but no one came to the window to take the order. Parked my car and went inside to order and take out, was asked to repeat the order 4 times to the lady at the counter, still after that she had attitude and said she just wants to get the order right when it was just 2 items, 1 chicken zinger burger and 2 classic veg burgers which to me doesnt seem to hard to register. When I mentioned I had to wait in the drive through and no one came to take the order after waiting for long I was bluntly told by the same lady taking the order with same cold and ridiculuous attitude that she did come to take the order but I had left by that time. Ofcoarse if someone is ringing the bell which is there for a reason for quite a few times and not get a response it's obvious the customer will move away. So again no apology but only cold shoulder as if it was my fault. Additionally the food served was also cold after 10 minutes as if on purpose to annoy me more, same like the attitude of the entire staff. To my amazement , the restaurant manager was also standing there and she also didnt pay any head to my complaint and finally while leaving the counter I asked for the bill and again had to wait for 5 minutes as the restaurant manager was pressing some buttons on the screen trying to kill time. So overall A Hopelessly Pathetic experience and never visiting again. Strongly advising all against visiting this hopeless store and get treated like trash when they should be thankful to the few customers who actually visit them. I haven't even received my order and you are sending me messages asking if I enjoyed the meal? Well guess what? I didn't because I never received my meal. It was showing as "Your order is being prepared" on the KFC App till 4th July. I don't know how you can make such a big mistake. I have prepaid for this order and neither did I receive the order nor the refund.
