Really bad experience with ur staff... Everytime they have new excuse to cover up their mistake. Today i ordered pizza...as after 50 mintues I got my order.....as i preferred for pick up....for this they have charged 25 rupees extra for carry bag in my bill as without mine consent.....I pay this amount online but no bill provide to me on ordering....i got bill with the delivery of pizzas then i realised about the extra amount of carry bag. I asked for this,then they replied this is compulsory. We have to pay.....but my question is that is the customer has no right to knew this........everything is allowed to you to add any type charges in bill and second thing is that when we asked counter boy named Sid Sharma for extra oregano and chilli flakes. He said no for this....... We have been ordering lapino pizza atleast from last five years....by the time ur quality and staff dealing getting very...

This is me standing in the store despite my order was supposed to be delivered. After a wait of 1hour 45 mins i got my order cold and soggy on the top these guys forgot to deliver the garlic bread. Pushagar here the manager has no way of talking started saying it is not my concern that the order was delayed because we are running busy and it not my duty to handle what the driver forgot to deliver. After this much of thing, when i asked why the garlic breads are missing he had nothing to say because it was made after we reached the store. And he had no concern moreover he said you want to put the complain be my guest i will see. Other 4 customers were here at...

BakwAAs..... At the Billing time i saw from the outside the staff using raw hand for the dough.

I even told the billing person, Don't your staff use safety Gloves? He smiled & yes ma'am they use Gloves only... But same time i was watching again staff with raw hand & The billing person was helpless didn't take care of. Next, open Dustbin very close to the sitting area. Staff using some rural language tone, 0 professionalism.

& while having pizza that staff in watchman Or peon uniform was continually stalking, it was an uff moment.
