La Pino'z Pizza — Restaurant in Punjab

Rude owner,Worst experience As i placed prepaid order on zomato for pizza..estimated time for order was about 30 mins to my place...after 30 mins zomato rider called me up that order is still not prepared you have to wait more for 15 mins..i said ok..but one hour after placing the order i called the rider..his response was the same as your 'order is being prepared by the restaurant'.. Temperament level was on the peak..i decided to pick my order self and rude owner refused to give my order to me in front of the rider who was already waiting and he was blaming that zomato guy cancelled the order without any msg but this was not true as no notification to me also received! Somehow after some arguements he made me to wait and said i will prepare new order for you.. This is how cheap behaviour they do..!

One more thing i noticed they made zomato and swiggy guys outside the restaurant to wait and shocking thing was each guy said the same we were waiting for long time outside the restaurant and still order...

Possibly worst customer service over the phone, I had to repeat my address and phone number 6 times.

Leaflet with prices delivered on 15th December 2017, at approx 6am, by 6pm same day, deals were changed and prices went 50% high.

Disgusting and disgraceful tactics used by store, essentially bail-and-switch policy for coupons and prices. Which is considered fraud under law.

I will edit the review once I get the delivery.

Edit- so I got the pizzas delivered, pizzas were good, but having the dirty tactics of the store, just left a bad taste is our mouthes. I received a call from manager, he didn’t bother to apologise but rather kept on telling me, how I was wrong to ask for what coupons offered, he went as far as to tell me, that these coupons were old ones.

To me this is just rude and lie, how can a manager, deliver coupons and hen refuse to honour them, just goes against every...

La pino'z pizza AH1 RESORT is very nice restaurent. Service of every order and behaviour of all staff is very nice. One more thing all items like tacos and pizzas very good tastes. you should take buy one get one free on every wednesday. this is a family restaurent and small parties with friends too. I hope you really like it.setting is very good,theme of restaurants is very nice cool place .price is very reasonable and quality of food is good also. Choco lava cake is very tasty also. Home delivery is also available here so this is beat place to visit with family...
