This was yet another horrible experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it seems nothing has changed over the years. I placed my order, Tandoori-E-khaas pizza with red capsicum and no paprika but got makhni pizza instead. When told the server that we got the wrong order, the server very rudely told me, “No ma’am, this is what you ordered.” I had to physically show her the menu to prove what I had actually ordered. Only then did she reluctantly agree to get the pizza changed. She came back saying the market didn’t have red capsicum and the pizza would be made with green peppers — we agreed to that as well. My mom even joked that the market does have red capsicum, maybe they just didn’t, but we let it go. After waiting almost 45 minutes, they brought out the exact same wrong pizza again — with paprika and makhni paneer — not what we had ordered. At that point, I didn’t even have the energy to ask for it to be changed a third time and we just ate what we were given. This is not the first time we’ve had such a disappointing experience here. The exact same thing happened last year when I visited India — I had specifically asked for pasta without mushrooms (because I’m allergic), and they brought it with mushrooms. When I pointed it out, the server rudely said, “But I told the kitchen for no mushrooms,” with no apology and no offer to fix their mistake. I had to skip my meal entirely, and my husband had to eat it instead. This place clearly has untrained staff, POOR customer service, and zero accountability. Rather than apologizing, they try to make it seem like it’s the customer’s fault. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you wna argue before you have your meal and of course you’re paying for it as well. Hiring manager/owner should either train their staff before they could face customers or not hire mannerless servers. The guy who brought us our chq was the only decent guy who said thank you to everyone present at the table and was nice to people. Girls here have a lot of attitude and...
Read moreA pathetic place for food. I have a terrible experience today at old Pizzeria. Actually, I have taken away cremey supreme pasta today from here. When i reached home and started eating it, for the first 4 bites, I have not even saw a single vegetable, when i searched for vegetables from it, there were very few and their colour was entirely black, I wondered that there were no capsicums, no brocolli, no corns , only there was something which was of black colour, that was basically mushrooms and capsicums and they were in pathetic condition, capsicums and mushrooms were all rotten and when I tasted it , it was very bitter, which conspicuosly showed that these 2 vegetables were rotten and spoiled. I called on their toll free number and told them the whole scenario, i was amazed at when they said these vegetables are boiled, what foolish reply they gave, a person can easily differentiate between a rotten and boiled vegetable ,and he said brocoli was not avalaible so theyr didnt added. How ridiculous they are, they are charging a hefty amount of money for their food and giving such a pathetic food quality. I never ever had paid this much amount for receving rotten food. They are compromising with public health. I have attached the pictures of the rotten vegetables and request everyone not to...
Read moreGood food but wait, is that food good enough after you get to eat it after standing in an unorganized chaos? (for god knows how long)
Processed cheese quality is pathetic, you'll feel a bit bloated when you start eating your meal here, especially burgers and pizzas. You wouldn't want to eat anything else for the rest of the day.
**Update: If you're here to enjoy your favourite pizza, sandwich, burger or pasta, you will have to buy bottled water and spend ₹20 for it. It's not like no one can afford it but allowing no choice between regular filtered water and bottled can be considered rude by some customers.
This place has got worst queue management system, period. You're enjoying your meal with friends and four people heard what you just said. Privacy, RIP.
Can't no one just stop people from entering the restaurant after the seats have been fully occupied?
Pizzeria is now two stories but unfortunately the long wait times and queue management has not improved.
The pizzeria app on Google play store is not updated regularly,...
