Narula Bakery — Restaurant in Punjab

Worst have bakery with poorest customer focus.. Item sold, no more responsibility.

I ordered expensive cake for my daughter birthday at Narula bakery on 24.07.2021 after spending an hour for finalising design.. When I went to pick up my cake it was coming out of box.Asked him.. Why he didn't tell me this while ordering that cake will be coming out of cake box.. He told you should have brought car to pick up cake.. I said.. I would have definitely brought provided you should have guided me or should have offered to deliver at home at some price.. But greedy people leave no scope for buyers...customer is helpless at last hour.. Cake got damaged while taking home..

Secondly , the owner is too rude n egoistic as if he whatever he does he is right.. Extremely bad behavior..

We also bought happy birthday letters packet from the shop while ordering cake in morning.. One letters was torn/punctured , and this shop owner refused to exchange just one letter "D" .. N said buy another packet.. I said get lost n we ll never ever visit your shop again.. Instead of feeling low or sorry.. He said.. Thank you.. As you wish Maharaaj... N was laughing... How could they think they can ruin anyone s function just because they have shop owner.. I sincerely request all not to visit this shop.. So that he learns how to respect customer..

PS.. I was an old customer who had bought many things in past from this bakery.. But this shop owner just don't respect their...

Worst bakery ever I recently ordered a cake from this bakery, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cake that arrived was nothing like the photo I had ordered from—it looked rushed and poorly decorated. To make matters worse, the cake was damaged upon delivery, with pieces broken and frosting smeared everywhere.

I had high hopes based on the pictures and reviews, but what I received fell far short of expectations. It's really frustrating, especially when you're counting on something special for an important event. My experience with Narula Bakery has always been fantastic. Very cost effective sweets, bakery items, snacks and winter snacks but extremely good in quality. Their Atta Pinni had always been a hit for its flavour and richness.

Their addition, Chole-bhature and Kulcha-chana are a must try @ Rs 60/- per plate which is a steal.
