Pammi's Bakers - best bakery in Bathinda — Restaurant in Punjab

Very bad behaviour, by the reception. I buy a cake, and i do payment and shows them it’s done.. when i was strating my vechile, the person cameout and said please come inside your payment isn’t done. I was like no issues i came inside and showed them the payment status and that was done by my side. Their is no issues with server or the payment is processing. Their behavior is very pathetic, his words is this is your issue, i showed him again payment status, he was like no this is your issue, i was late i told him please note my number and take screnshot, but he said we put a caution here so this isn’t possible. We didn’t accept, i told him to ask the person who has access of the payment. Ask him about the payment, he said we have 10 branches how can we look of these,he said this is your little account, and all…. I told him again brother if the paynent is stucked no worries i’ll pay again, but the pyment is done wothout any issue, check once if your matchine has issue he is like no we didn’t have any issues this ur problem, not my problem. After that they found their own matchine issues, they payment has credit at the same time to the firms account, and he still like that your issue, other staff is agreeed this was our tecnical problem. But the person very bad behaviour. His words likely to feel me i’m a theif.. 0% satisfaction. Even i am a regular customer,the food is very tasty. More over, i shows him past payments, but his words remian same this is your issues, this is very pathetic… i’ll not come again.. before he say anything he had to check their sides issue.
