I recently visited this place to celebrate my first wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. Over the phone, they promised that with an advance payment of ₹2,000, they would provide a DJ with lighting, décor, and games for free. However, as you can see in the pictures, the décor was disappointing, and the ambiance was dirty. There was no DJ—instead, they just handed us a speaker and asked us to play our own music. The “lighting” they mentioned was just the existing setup, with nothing additional provided. The ₹2,000 we paid felt like a complete waste.
As for the buffet, it cost ₹250 per person. The snacks included noodles, manchurian, pasta, and pizza. However, the pizza was not unlimited—they only gave two pieces per person, and this was not mentioned at the time of booking. The main course consisted of dal makhani, mixed vegetables, curd, paneer, and naan. Unfortunately, nothing in either the snacks or the main course tasted good.
It was truly the worst experience. We had to wait for them to clean up the space before we could sit down. The washroom was extremely dirty, and it took them 40 minutes to clean up the mess. The only reason you can visit here is to play games.
Reply to owner’s statemnt- Agreed party was at 5pm. We entered at 4:30pm to check everything is set up for the party or not because our guest were to arrive. It was us who were asking to clean up. As all staff went inside. Upon saying alot of times mess was cleaned up and took 40-50min. Time of party was 5pm and whole ambience was cleaned up wholly at 5:50pm I asked to please correct the spelling of Anniversary.. There were no tissue paper in washroom. Ambience and washroom was smelly, it was us who asked at least 1-2 times to put air freshner. On call before booking i specially asked that is there any party on same day ? Reply was NO mam. Now u saying there were 2 parties before. It is your responsibility to clean up mess of first party before the timing of second party. I didn’t praise food , i just said it was okaish. Your service was very poor. 12 people and on arrival no water was served. We asked to give water. We asked to serve us cold drink. Cold drink wasn’t cold. We had to ask for ice. I took photos after waiting for staff to clean up mess. But staff went inside. I asked your staff member to please pick up the fork lying on floor but he ignored my words. It was rude. And he didnt picked up later as well.
Instead of defending urself by blaming guest and putting on previous parties kindly Focus on improving your services. If u cannot handle more parties then please don’t book...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was not great. We were asked to wait for 15-20 minutes but ended up waiting for around 40 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was decent, but that was the highlight of the meal.
After only serving pizza, they informed us that the snacks were ready. The selection included French fries, cold, flavorless noodles, and white sauce pasta that lacked proper seasoning. The main course was equally disappointing with undercooked rice, a paneer dish, and dal makhani that didn't leave a good impression.
We also ordered a Virgin Mojito but were told to wait as they didn’t have lemons. We patiently waited, only to find out during billing that they still couldn’t serve the drink due to the lack of lemons. This was frustrating because they could have informed us earlier. If an item is on the menu, I expect the restaurant to have the ingredients ready.
I’ve been to other buffet places that offer a much wider variety of snacks and main course dishes with far better service. Additionally, most of those places do not charge for water, unlike this restaurant.
Overall, the service was slow, the food was underwhelming, and the lack of basic ingredients like lemons was disappointing. I would rate my experience a 2 out of 5, primarily because the pizza wasn't bad, but the rest of the meal and the service left a lot to be desired.
However, seeing other positive reviews, I might consider visiting again. The owner mentioned they had two parties on the same day, so it was quite busy for them. Maybe next time my experience will be better, and my point of view...
Read moreThere's no option to rate 0 Star or -ve stars otherwise this place deserves negative star rating only. When we step outside the home, you expect a FINE DINE experience, but what we saw was Oily Noodles and badly cooked Manchurian in Casrols alongwith disposable cutlery in a self-certified FINE DINE Restaurant. We were served with re-heated and Badly tasted French Fries during the games.
Fortunately, Kitchen is right in front of the seating area, and we can see how unkempt and dirty the kitchen is. Waiters too were untrained to handle customer requirements. At the end of party, when main course was served, then also FINE DINE Restaurant did not bother to bring out their finest cutlery, instead disposable cutlery was again put nearby Casrols to eat overly Sour Paneer Sabji and Tasteless Dal.
The only thing good was Ice Cream served at end (which was obviously sourced from outside with no inputs from the restaurant, that's why it was good)
One more things I forgot to mention earlier (now editing my review for this), bathroom was so smelly and untidy. Tap of Washbasin was also...
