It's supposed to be a fun place with gaming arcades for kids, bowling alley, snookers etc capped with a sports bar and dining. Thats the theory part. In actuals it's a jaded joint. The shopping arcade I will not comment upon since it's for kids. Bowling alley has seen better days! Out of eight lanes about four to five only are operational, even of those the scoring systems is temperamental. Infact it seems that the pins have a mind of there own since they hardly ever align with the pattern leaving you fuming and fidgeting and seeking the operaters attention who is busy other lanes with similar affliction! Snookers is about ok. The sports bar has long ceased to confirming to the exotic menu. If you order something be prepared to receive it without a few ingredients. After it all since you would want to drown your sorrows.......the beer in the bar is apt for the same if not something...

It is a place for the lavish although it isn't that good as you would expect it to be. Massive halls with games section, bowling,and pool table too! If you are with your family or a group of friends willing to spend then this is the place but if you are the one looking for peaceful place to have lunch or dinner then this isn't the place as there are quite a few noises all around. If with a partner then it can be a place you will love of hate. Service is good and the food quality is awesome . Yes the rates are high but the food justifies it. Service and atmosphere of this place is horrible, there prices are super high just like the likes of ramada and Raddison but service is worse then a dhaba , even a dhaba provides better ambience and service . We went there today and had to walk off after an hour and half with half of menu items not even arrived on table . They were struggling to serve the customers , despite calling their waiters numerous times no one was responsive . We paid a bill of 3300 (paid in full) even after documenting the whole incident. There was no resolution given by Mr. Kamaljit sharma (manager) despite documenting everything , he just had his miserable sorry...
