Disappointing Experience at Sagar Ratna Zirakpur

I recently visited Sagar Ratna and was thoroughly disappointed with my dining experience. The food was tasteless and lacked the quality I expect from a reputable restaurant.

To make matters worse, I found a hair in my Naan, which was unacceptable.

But the most shocking experience was finding a mosquito in my Fresh Lime Soda! This is a serious concern for food safety and hygiene.

Issues:

1 week ago I was here with a friend for lunch. The ambience was so beautiful and charming. The staff was humble and cooperative. We had ordered Masala Dosa and Spring roll dosa amongst their Fusion Dosa category.

Masala dosa - The masala of the dosa was really yummy and was served with delicious Sambar, Tomato Chutney and Coconut Chutney.

Spring roll Dosa - The masala of the dosa was really yummy i.e. veggies were Mixed up in their authentic sauces and cooked up well and stuffed in the dosa. It was served with delicious Sambar, Tomato Chutney and Coconut Chutney.

Very nice and cool ambience... Very humble staffs with having lots of ethics... Food is really good in taste and serving style is nice... Its a family restaurant... A family must visit for delicious food with good serving style... Interior is okay not photogenic but very cleaned... You can completely trust Thier food quality... Thier food quality is superb... Worth of money quality... I had south indian plater that was delicious... And I tried some paneer dish forgetting its name... That was superb... I ordered that again... Very nice... Had a great...
