Snacks Point Fastfood Restaurant People's Best Choice — Restaurant in Punjab

I ordered Cream Burger here, and when I received, there was mosquito in the burger. I talked with owner (They have 2 owners/Partners of the shop).

One owner said, this is a mosquito, so no big deal. I told him that please replace it, as I have not eaten any bite yet, and the first owner aggre and told the second owner to prepare a new cream burger and serve it to me.

then the second owner ask from the first owner, what happen. He replied there is a mosquito in the burger and then first owner told to second owner ---- Rakh de side te, kisi hor ne de dange.

So this is the way they treat to their customer. So, my burger which contain mosquito will be served to their other customer.

I never expect these kind of service from them, as it was the first shop for me when I think to...

I have never written a review of a restaurant but my harrowing experience at snacks point Sunday night has compelled me to do so about this one where I not only had the worst customer service experience ever . Totally waste of money and time. Order 2000 rupees full of garbage of food burger and noodles not worth it.
