The Brew Estate Kharar — Restaurant in Punjab

Unfortunately the service was very poor this time around.

The server was unaware of the names of the beverages he was told to serve.

He did not bother to revisit the table to collect the order for 15 mins.

Afterwards, a single order for bread did not arrive till all the tall beverages on the table were finished.

We had to send it back because we were already done. The server still had no idea what was happening.

There were attempts to offer complimentary desserts by the better managers on the floor which were politely refused. Thank you for the attempts, Jagdish.

We will visit again some time and will hopefully be able to give a better rating....

Great sitting, live music, good service and fine dining Brewery. Food quality was good and portion size was sufficient. Service was good with cooperative staff with openness for listening to the queries. We chose to sit in an air conditioned space in this hot weather, however the open air terrace sitting was too attractive, less crowded and low sound of live music.
