SHOCKINGLY WORST BEHAVIOUR BY MANAGER!! Me and my wife went there for dinner . We chose rooftop and set on table of four . They had 3 tables empty and the staff asked(not requested) me to sit on a table of two near smoking room . My wife wasn’t comfortable with that table and i asked him that either we could sit on the 3rd table or he can exhchange the table with the one he was asking but we won’t sit near smoking room(gate remains open) . He argued and sent the manager . Wasted 20 min for such small thing specially when they had 3 empty tables . The manager Mr. ‘ radhe bunkar ‘ came and started arguing that I must sit there in a rude manner which is pathetic. Wasted another 10 min with him . I felt humiliated and called the owner Ritu Makhija mam since she wasn’t there . She apologised on their behalf and promised me to make things alright and called manager . Even after that no one came to take my order and it had been half and hour . I went to the manager and they had this huge smile and arrogance on their face . And did not even listen to the owner and finally me and my wife left the place . I called the owner informed her that we had to leave with a spoiled mood and she again apologised , promised me to call the next day . I still haven’t received any call yet. We were regular visitors to the bistro and I am highly disappointed by the behaviour of manager and staff . They definitely don’t deserve to work in the hospitality industry. UNBELIEVABLE!! Edit- improved the service and experience lately. And yes their Garlic chilli panner is to die for . Must try .

I have been to Blend multiple times, i particularly enjoy the vibes it offers. There are multiple seating arrangements including a rooftop bar, air-conditioned restaurant, a small gamin zone with snooker and foosball table. There is a separate smoking area as well. The food is good and reasonably priced but not extraordinary. The staff is friendly and proactive. A few points I'd like to mention : There is no physical menu, you are supposed to scan a QR code to access the same. The bar area has a huge TV screen. But whoever plays the video and music doesn't have a good taste. 😁 All areas included, they don't seem to have problem with seating capacity. Smoking area is huge and has lots of chairs and you can obviously take your drinks there. Kitchen seems hygienic. You can actually see the kitchen.
