Nestled in the heart of Rajasthan, this culinary sanctum transported us into a realm of gastronomic divinity. The daal baati, a paragon of Rajasthani epicurean brilliance, was an absolute ambrosial revelation—the baatis, impeccably crisped to golden-brown perfection, crumbled effortlessly, melding harmoniously with the rich, ghee-laden daal, redolent of indigenous spices. Every morsel was a symphony of umami and decadence, an ode to the culinary opulence of this vibrant land.

The ancillary offerings—aaloo ki sabji, boondi raita and churma—were no less enrapturing. The churma, imbued with just the right balance of sweetness and ghee-induced unctuousness, was nothing short of divine indulgence. बावड़ी चटकारो लाग ग्यो!

Adding to the experience was the hospitality, an embodiment of Hadoti’s famed mehmaan-nawazi. The staff ensured every guest was treated like royalty. आगरो मानुष आयो तो पेट धो के जासी—a dictum they clearly live by.

In summation, this restaurant is not merely an eatery; it is an epicurean sanctum where the quintessence of Rajasthani tradition is meticulously preserved and celebrated. A sojourn here is not just recommended—it is imperative for any gastronome...

If you are visiting Abhaneri and looking for an authentic and delightful dining experience, Chand Baori Restaurant is the perfect place! Located near the historic Chand Baori Stepwell, this restaurant offers a beautiful blend of Rajasthani flavors, warm hospitality, and a peaceful ambiance.

The food here is delicious, fresh, and full of traditional spices that truly represent Rajasthan’s rich culinary heritage. Whether you try the Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, or freshly made Bajre ki Roti with garlic chutney, every bite is a treat. The ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are prepared with great care.

The staff is extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to serve with a smile. The hygiene standards are well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

What makes this restaurant even more special is its calm village setting—a perfect stop to relax after exploring the architectural marvels of Abhaneri. The rustic yet charming ambiance adds to the overall experience.

If you are traveling to Abhaneri or passing through the Jaipur-Agra highway, Chand Baori Restaurant is a must-visit for a memorable meal. Highly...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a wonderful restaurant where we enjoyed authentic Bati Chokha along with a variety of traditional Rajasthani dishes. The flavors were absolutely rich and vibrant, offering a true taste of Rajasthan. Each dish was prepared with authentic spices that brought out the best of Rajasthani cuisine.

The highlight of our visit was the exceptionally courteous staff, who made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the meal. Their warm hospitality truly added to the experience.

Additionally, we had the chance to purchase some beautiful traditional Rajasthani bags, which were not only stunning but also crafted with great attention to detail. It was a perfect way to take a piece of Rajasthan home with us.

Everything about this place was outstanding, from the delicious food to the welcoming atmosphere and the unique shopping experience. A must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in authentic...

We came across this restaurant "Midway Chand Baori" which is located on the main road on our way to visit the famous Chand Baori site, in Rajasthan. It is a family run restaurant which offers organic food produced by them in their farm. Mr. Mukhesh Kumar Abhaneri and his son Ajit, run the restaurant cum boutique with a lot of passion and dedication. Their food is authentic and they do not use ready made products for their menu. They offered us their milk tea in the typical conical shaped earthenware glasses. We ordered Kashmiri Aloo Dum which was specially prepared for me with less spices. Then butter roti and another typical Rajasthani millett roti (bajra roti) which is cooked in chulha, the traditional earthen oven, accompanied by Kadhi. Too spicy for our taste. I recommend visiting this restaurant to taste some traditional Rajasthani dishes and to enjoy a breathtaking view.

A Rajasthani culture based restaurant serving Rajasthani as well as general foods at fair rates. Bajra roti and khadi, khichda, rabdi and many more. Pure ghee, curd etc..their own producing infrastructure. having big farms to grow cereals gram, barley, Bajra etc. Roti on mud Chulah a peculiar flavour and taste. Very humble behavior, welcome in Rajasthani culture of visitors guest a heart touching scene. Near to famous Chand Babdi..a meaning ful visit to remember long
