If disappointment had an address, this restaurant would be it. From the entrance to the exit, everything screamed “Don’t come again!”

The waiter looked like I woke him up from his afternoon nap just by ordering food. I’ve seen more energy in a dead battery. When I asked for water, he stared at me like I’d asked for gold.

The food arrived after 45 minutes — maybe they were growing the ingredients in the backyard. And when it finally came, it looked like it had been dropped once, kicked twice, and then served proudly.

The “paneer” tasted like someone had tried to make cheese out of regret. The chapati could’ve been used as a frisbee — perfectly round and equally inedible.

Even the owner was walking around with the confidence of someone running a five-star jail canteen.

If bad service was an Olympic sport, this place would take gold, silver, and bronze.

Final Verdict: Next time I feel like wasting money and ruining my mood, I’ll just come here again — but only to remind myself what rock bottom hospitality...

This restaurant completely ruined our evening. I visited on 29-10-2025 and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

The food was cold, bland, and poorly presented. Plates and glasses were not even properly cleaned.

Service was horrible — the staff was rude and unprofessional. We had to wait 40+ minutes for our order, and when it finally arrived, the dish was undercooked.

The restaurant itself was unhygienic — sticky floor, dirty washroom, and an unpleasant smell all around.

To make things worse, the bill included hidden service charges that were never mentioned. When I asked about it, they started arguing instead of apologizing. This place is a complete scam — poor food, pathetic service, and zero cleanliness. I have photos and the bill as proof, and I’m planning to report this to the Food Safety Department. Avoid this place...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was quite rude and unprofessional. There seems to be a serious lack of customer service training — the team had no sense of how to interact with or respond to customers.

The food did not taste good, and the overall quality was below expectations. On top of that, the service was painfully slow. We had to constantly follow up on our order, and it felt like we were just sitting and waiting without any updates. Even after placing the order, they served the wrong items, which shows a lack of attention and coordination.

Based on our experience with the first order - both in terms of food and service - we decided to refuse placing any further orders. It simply wasn't worth continuing.
