The staff is rude, the Main Owner is good in regards to behaviour but the guy who puts the food together(big guy) is just rude on another level and clearly can't handle criticism and lies through the teeth without any problem and is never shy to blame the customer, which is laughable indeed. I used to order regularly for my parents from here but the quantity and quality always differed, they are cheats in that matter for sure. The hygiene is not at all maintained by the guy who puts together your food, dirty hands and the same dirty apron worn all throughout the day, cleans his hands on that and never have I seen him washing his hands or wearing plastic gloves while serving food. The cleanliness of the surroundings is bad as well. Even if they don't have a particular item in the menu like Pyaz Kachori, they'll sell/pack a different Kachori(dal Kachori) for the same amount and while asking them regarding it, they completely deny and lie and say that it's the customers fault. They also cheat in the grams of food that you pack, let that be Poha or Jalebi or anything else. We got here for breakfast on our first morning in Chittorgarh! So many options here, we went in for poha, methi pakoda, kachori, samosa and chai. Couldn't really fault any of it, it was all super fresh, hot, and yum! I'd highly recommend the methi pakoda, poha and chai. Staff is really efficient as well. All of this food and it costed us ₹90, insanely light on the wallet.
