Food Capital — Restaurant in Rajasthan

You will not find anything better than this place in kota. This is the kind of place we were desiring to comeup in the city from a very long time. View to die for, Ambience which will make you delighted no matter how low you are feeling (Its a happy place), servers are so polite and mannered you will feel how important customers are for them(something hard to find at any other restaurant/cafe in kota). Enough about the environment and people lets talk about food These people are not just serving the most authentic food in the town but i have fallen in love with the way they serve thr food. If you like your food to be authentic and not altered according to the state and culture of the place you definitely visit this place they will amaze you with thr recepies. I haven't had thr thali yet but some of thr recepies are so unique and amazing Paneer shashlik with pesto rice, Corn Cigar Roll Rustic pizza and all the pastas are all so flavours and delish.

But no place is perfect so they have some shortcomings as well. Thr service is little slow, i felt bad at first but after having the amazing food i told myself that i can wait this much for treating my tastebuds well.

I highly recommend this place to everyone living in or visiting the city.

P.S :- I think people who are complaining about the food have never been to any fine restaurant and are just use to eating at places which serve spicy and oily food with no aroma and balanced taste of diffrent spices.

Food capital is an awesome place for family and friends I have been there for a birthday party and I must say they have a nice staff as well as the chef is also done a tremendous job for preparing delicious food. There are three sections available there in this restaurant on the ground floor they serve fast food. On the first floor they have two sections one for family and one for individuals. I must say they really care about customers conferred and privacy. And at the end I must say if you are visiting very first time you must try. coffee Pasta Deluxe or...

Bhai.... This is one of the worst place for eating.... If you are foodie... Please don't visit this place.... The interior was great... But you can not enjoy food here...
