Oblack O cafe, Kota — Restaurant in Rajasthan

It was a really bad experience for the cost we paid for the ambience and food. We waited for 15 mins thinking someone would come & clean the table and pick up all the seven up bottles from the seats. But they paid heed after calling them twice. Tables were dirty bc it is a rooftop restaurant, we get it but when we're asking them again and again for cleaning the table and putting all the covers, bottles aside the least they could've done was pay attention. Forks were not properly washed, they had pieces of food literally stuck on them. And when asked to change, they brought the same ones back without even cleaning those. Food is overpriced and not worth it.

Review Date - 22 Feb 2021. Roof top ambiance was superb. They have colorful lights over there. Good ambience in evening time. But the food was not upto the mark. Food wasn't enough delicious. We ordered Honey Chili potato , Chili Garlic Noodles , Sandwich Style Pizza and Corn Sandwich. None of them were upto the mark. The quantity was not enough as compared to other cafes in kota. Also the staff does not seemed to be very professional. They forgot to give the Serving spoons and forks. The ambience,the service,the food is all bad.The outside looked nice but as it was hot we went inside and it is all dark and shabby.The service was extremely slow and the food was not good at all.We ordered Punjabi pizza,pink pasta,honey chilli potato and garlic bread.The pizza was average,the pasta was okay-ish too,the honey chilli potato was really bad and very oily and the garlic bread was very spicy.The quantity overall was low.We ordered hot chocolate,KitKat shake and Oreo shake too.The shakes were good but the hot chocolate is not hot chocolate...
