Don't go with the 5start ratings here.||Hotel seems fine in pictures but actually the corridors and rooms are very suffocated and stinky.|Staff is not at all courteous. On the second day of our stay we reached breakfast at 10.05am as we were out for some work we went directly to restaurant to have breakfast as we went out at 6am for our official activity at Chambal River. When we returned one of our colleagues also joined us. Although we got almost the leftovers of buffet breakfast and from my plate I offered one idli please mind me only single idli to our colleague just out of a courtesy. To my huge wonder the waiter had produced a Bill of FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST 🤯|And when we said why you have brought the bill he said "Sir inhone aapki plate se khaya tha" I said "Dude that was just a single idli" on that he said "Haa Sir you have to pay this bill this is our rule" want to ask what kind of foolish behaviour and rule it is??? |It's not about the bill it's about how ruthless the people are there. Hospitality means welcoming the guest with full care and respect not humiliating the guest. This hotel is very good. Stay facility is available. There are many rooms in this hotel for stay.

Food quality is very good. You can find different types of rooms in this hotel from 1500 to 3000 rs rent.

Washrooms are neat and clean.

More than 20 rooms are available here.

The best thing which i like is that the staff behaviour.

Celebrated a family function with 150 people gathering.. Awsome rooms,, easy connectivity,, awsome food if served hot..

. 1.-parking although they have valet parking so no big deal.. 2.Room service .. Pathetic... It took more than 4 calls for bringing them water in room... When asked for extra bedding.. No one bothered n turned up.. Have to adjust somehow.. 3.overall service..... Very slow...waiting time for food n room service is more than expected.....cold food with no snacks left for family members in the last This must be improved... 4.. Only one lift that too very slow. ROOMS next to road are highly disturbing due to traffic... Take rooms which are away from road Check your bill n keep count of everything.. 6.Take everything in writing as they tend to forget later leaving you of nowhere
