One of the best moong Dal WADA's on this highway place in osiyan. To huge coldrouns of boiling oil with two persons on each of them continuously frying fresh Dal vada and scores of people waiting to buy them in kilos and kilos. Nearby shops keep selling their wadas to the bus passengers through youngsters. really a scene to watch. Yummy piping hot with fried mirchis. Really mouthwatering. Better buy enough quantity at the first instance itself otherwise you will have to wait again for 20-25 minutes because once would never be enough.

This is an iconic dal pakoda shop located in Osiyan near Bus Stand. They serve extremely crispy from outside and soft from Inside kind of dal pakode here with teekhi fried hari mirch. You will always find mad crowd here but the shop and the board are kind of low key. So you will need to make sure you goto the correct guy. The tea they serve is also pretty good. They need to work a little on their service and Hygeine part.

पकौड़े तो पूरे भारत में मिलते हैं पर ओसियॉ जैसा स्वाद, कुरकुरापन और कही नहीं मिलता और ओसियॉं में बच्चा-बच्चा जीवण की दुकान जानता है. जीवण की दुकान ओसियॉं के बस स्टैंड पर है. दुकान देखकर आप आश्चर्य चकित हो जायेंगे कि ओसियॉं जैसे छोटे से कस्बे में यहॉं दो भट्टियॉं लगातार चलती है जिन पर बडी बडी कडाहियों में पकौड़े तैयार होते हैं. बस स्टैण्ड पर आपको सर्वाधिक भीड़ जीवण की दुकान पर ही दिखाई देगी. जीवण का पकौड़ा राजस्थान की मूंग की दाल से बनाया जाता है. पकौड़े में आपको हींग की बहुत अच्छी खुशबू साबुत धनिये के स्वाद के साथ मिलती है. पकौड़े का कुरकुरापन इसे विशिष्ट बनाता है. आप एक बार खाना शुरू करेंगे तो फिर रूक नहीं पायेंगे बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट है यह पकौड़ा.
