KFC — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Pathetic service this is the third or fourth time i believe. Worst service ever staff works on ther own rules no customer support 1st instance when u ordered order 1 item was missing 2nd when u ordered the delivery guy kept on waiting it kept delayed 3rd was the worst ever the delivery guy kept on waiting at the pickup zone as after 10 they were not allowed to go inside the mall the staff of kfc was supposed to give the parcel at the pick up zone but the delivery guy kept on waiting for 40 mins whn he is trying to reach out to the restaurant no ans not connecting even whn i was trying they gave the parcel aftr 40 mins ans guess what whn it arrived the french fries soggy the burger was like vada pav. Because of the staff unprofessional behaviour the kfc standards has gone so so low. Never gonna eat or order from this outlet anymore. Any of the staff reading this please do for what u r getting paid. If u want to work like this better work at some dhaba and not in a brand. I will for sure reach out to the franchise or to some...

I had a worst experience with this specific outlet of KFC . We have been to Udaipur from Mumbai. We are regular customer of KFC in Mumbai. But the taste and quality of the food here in KFC were far apart. I ordered chicken wings which were totally stale , the colour of which was changed to brownish black and it was stinking , after complaining the same to the executive he argued saying that it is the smell of the bones , as if we are tasting the KFC for the first time. Then the burger which I ordered had stale bun . Which just turned into powder as a bite was taken . Chicken in the burger was hard as fried again and again. Worst experience of all Never tried KFC though i should try so ordered the food on the app & payment is done at 19:51 after 10 to min.
