Pizza Hut | Celebration Mall, Udaipur — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Rating is one star because zero does not exist. Worst experience!

Placed a delivery order but it wasn't delivered for 1 hour. Called customer care thrice, every time they said they have raised the issue and it should be delivered soon. But no results, when I called again, the person said that the outlet is closed and are not accepting any orders since morning and it must be a glitch.

Now, the interseting thing is I received a call from the outlet after 15-20 mins and they say they have been calling me since 30 mins for confirming the delivery address. When I said that I was told by customer care that the outlet is closed, he tried to dodge it and then gave vague answer. Definitely soemoen was lying.

All in all, I waited for the Pizza for more than 1.5 hrs but never got it. Ruined the whole mood. Worst experience! Never ordering from...

I ordered pizza and revised order but salesman named some krishna kant didn't listen and added extra item, i asked to remove the extra item before payment but he forced me toa pay for extra item even though i said i don't want it. When i resisted to pay he refused to take order again even though he took order of person after me but refused to take my order and said system won't allow to take my order again. Though i am pizza hut fan specially the cheese max pizza is to die for but from my last 3-4 experiences I am giving 1 star.
