The resort is extremely beautiful and may be the best in Kumbhalgarh. Food and staff service is most admirable. We highly recommend everyone to stay and enjoy the time with your family and friends even if you are not staying in Hotel Ramada. In 3 days stay we happen to eat 3 meals in this restaurant. Awesome food with great ambience and and very warm and loving hospitality. For me it's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for service, Taste, food, ambience We had both Buffet twice and Ala Carte 2 times. Both were equally good. If the star would be lesser than one I will give that that because a good hotel is known for the services but here beginning from the dinner there were no staff member to bring water or some other thing ....chapatis were cold....house keeping doesn't bring water even if we called several time and worst thing it took a hour to bring luggage from room at the time of check out that's too bring by us as no staff came to bring luggage ......over all on the point of service it was worst and property was good

We learned that this is a Taj property and decided to have lunch here. The soup was good, but the experience fell short after that. We ordered the Veg Lasagne, which was average and served without bread. When we asked the server about it, he mentioned that bread is usually served with the dish but wasn’t available that day. He offered to check and get back to us but never returned with an update. Considering the service, taste, and portion size, the overall experience was average.

This restaurant is in rajasa hotel. It is strictly no if you are going only for restaurant or food. We went for lunch as it was 4.9 star. They are not giving proper service to u if u are going only for restaurant. We waited almost more than 60 minutes for food after giving order. We are 5 people they give table of 4 with extra chair. We need to keep ask for plate, spoon and even finger bowl. On last we washed our hand in wash room.. worst service ever i have experienced. I never go and stay in Such hotel..we were the last people who eat food as they serve us last after all their people who are staying hotel left. Management should take action against...

This place was suggested to us by our cousin & as she had mentioned this place has absolutely exceeded our expectation. The menu for jain food was truly delicious. The staff here is very courteous and polite and very prompt !! Any and every food request was fulfilled..... thats what made it more special. In one particular person....I'm totally in awe of Mr.Jeet Paul.... from the restaurant staff. He was wonderful at his job and always had a smile while helping guests. Thank you so much to the whole staff at ramada kumbhalgarh for making our stay a memorable one !! Looking forward to...
