Revival Nathdwara at Lord's — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist staff. On speaking to one of the female receptionist I was promised a suite room with gazebo in the morning Not receiving any confirmation voucher or payment intimation I spoke to Mr.Dilip in the evening.He was extremely rude on call and behaved as if he was unaware and quoted higher price than I was told in the morning. On telling him that I was quoted Lower prices in the morning he quoted non availability of that room. He was extremely rude and hung up on the call saying that he has guests waiting and after he called back and upon disagreeing to what he wa saying he said “madam, I have a lot of work” Unprofessional and extremely rude behaviour by Mr.Dilip. This would have been my 4th time visit to Lords Nathdwara but sadly you lost a loyal customer who visits Nathdwara atleast 5 times a year. Kindly teach and educate your staff on how to speak to...
