Simply Sweet Bakery — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Never really got to see the bakery and the owner (it being my first visit to udaipur and I being optionless), I experienced a great hospitality by this generous lady who was ready to help with her options for my Baby Boy's First Birthday Cake. The way she handled my query and the stuff which I was provided at my hotel's doorstep at the eleventh hour was just amazing. The packaging, the friendly conversation and the understanding of a client's need is what I loved the most.

Taste was, what I would term as the cherry on the cake.. What awesome and relishing chocolate flavours which actually ignited the taste buds. The cake travelled all the way from Udaipur to Kumbalgarh. I truely loved it.

I went to their recently opened outlet in celebration mall, had a pathetic experience with their desserts, took donuts, death by chocolate cake slice and a chocolate cupcake. The person at the store claimed every item to be fresh but the cake slice was rotten, the sponge was hell dry that the sponge couldn't be felt and the ganache frosting was also rock hard. The donut was also rock hard and soo dry that on biting it the crumbs were falling apart, all the moisture was gone from them (such old it was). The cupcake was a bit fresh but the taste was pathetic. All these things were packed in a box overlapping each other and the box was such thin that it tore from the bottom while reaching home. Worst ever first time...

thank you so much for the cakes, simply sweet. We were afraid we won't be able to get our hands on quality cakes in the strange city but then came you, the saviour. Everyone appreciated the taste and absolutely loved the aesthetics, especially the lotus biscoff to such an extent that we were forced to carry it along today while we travel. Your hospitality meant wonders, and I take this chance to portray my gratitude towards you and your efforts which made our birthday one of the bests.
