I had a very disappointing experience with the dry fruit cake here. The first one I bought was already below average – dry and poorly made. When I raised my concern, they did give me another cake as damage control, but to my shock, the second one turned out to be even worse than the first. Honestly, this just felt like an attempt to silence feedback rather than genuinely improving quality.

As a customer, I value ethics and effort in food service – because we spend our hard-earned money and expect at least decent quality. Sadly, this experience showed me that feedback here doesn’t really matter. The quality of cakes seems to have gone down drastically, and instead of solving the problem, they just handed out another substandard product.

For me, they have surely lost a customer in terms of dry fruit cake. Maybe that makes no difference to them, but I sincerely hope they don’t treat other customers the same way. Please remember, food is about respect as much as taste – and right now, both are...

I recently tried the dry fruit cake with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The overall taste did not meet the mark, and most of the dry fruits had sunk to the bottom, leaving the top part of the cake rather plain and dry. This not only affected the flavor but also gave a feeling that the richness promised by a "dry fruit cake" was missing. Considering the price, it felt like wasted money.

I've had the most tasty food in this restaurant in all of Mount Abu, hands down.

Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are fantastic. But the real star of the show was the bakery cake we tried—it literally melted in my mouth. It was so good!

The service deserves five stars, no question. Every single staff member was great. The ambiance is so calm and aesthetic, it's the kind of place where you can just sit and spend plenty of time.

I have to recommend that everyone comes to this place at least once for the food. I bet it will come up on your list for a good food destination, too!
