Terrible Experience – Bug in Brownie & Rude Behaviour

I ordered a hot chocolate brownie from this cafe and was shocked to find a bug inside it. Disgusted, I immediately went back to the cafe and asked for a refund.

Instead of being apologetic or handling it professionally, the staff spoke in a rude and useless manner. I had to argue for quite some time before they finally gave me a refund – and even then, it felt like they were doing me a favour. No sense of responsibility, no concern for hygiene, and definitely no basic manners.

This kind of experience is unacceptable. I’ll never order from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness and respectful service.

Shakes were delicious but i instantly hated them as they were mean. What they did was, they have me a plastic straw. A PLASTIC STRAW!!! I have 3 turtles in my fish tank simulator. I don't know how they can be so mean. DT(my friend) and i were there and DT is half turtle as his spirit animal is turtle according to an astrologer (which I'll review later) and I saw him literally choke on that straw. Honest advise: don't go if you own turtles or have turtle 🐢 as spirit animal, else you'll either be heartbroken or DEAD!! Yeah, shake...
