Not a good experience . This review is all about online order service . In the past 3 months 3 incidents occured

1. one time they forgot the Pepsi of after paying for it
2. pizza mania was provided instade of regular pizza
3. same thing happened today (1/11/21) Now i feel like they are scaming customers who don't know the difference between the pura mania and regular pizzas but fortunately we do know the difference so both time after contacting them and providing them with photos of the wrong delivered item they did provide us with the right order free of cost. But we if we didn't know the difference them it would have been complete scam and loss of us(CUSTOMERS) .. Service wise its good

Food is average and scaming...

Horrible experience. I was craving pizza then when I checked Pizza Hut said will deliver in 50-55 mins while Domino's showed 30 mins guarantee as a result I preferred Domino's as it was almost 9.30 and I was hungry. Then when I realized it's more than 35 mins I complained from the app and a lady called from store and said at my location they don't give in 30 mins. So, she said I need to wait. Whichever phone nos are provided on the system nobody picks up the phone. When I called back to the lady she said wait for some more time.

And it's 10.35 still hungry and waiting. And distance from store is just 3.3km.

So, people I think don't order from there. If you are planning to dine in I am not sure. But I won't expect...
