Read moreJaipur is a Rajwadi land of Rajputs and what do these brave hearts of Rajasthan like other than exotic apparels and mesmerizing infrastructures? Mouth-watering spicy Rajasthan dishes. Jaipur is a foodie’s paradise and as a hardcore foodie, I can say that Rajasthani cuisine is one of the best cuisines in the world as it has a never-ending list of the plethora of dishes. From pungent exotic drinks to spicy starters, shahi sabzis to a wide array of bread with an additional delight of famous chutney, achaar, and desi chaach. Pheww! And we still have desserts to cover!.
The list is tasty and unending but like every other list, it has some highlights that is too good to miss:
Does this dish even need an introduction? It doesn’t. It is a mascot of the Rajasthani culture to be precise. Every person that travels to Rajasthan has this dish on their checklist and if they don’t local residents start questioning their existence. As much as it is delicious, ensure you have a empty stomach before you have this as it packs a high amount of calories and fat. It has Baatis that are made from flour on an open fire and then dipped in pure Ghee/Butter, along with it there’s Daal and Churma(Made from the Baatis), some restaurants also serve Kadhir along with the other items and it just works as the icing on the cake. It is one of the most favorite snack items of the Rajasthani people, it is light, spicy, and crunchy. If you want to make your morning or evening tea sessions spicy then just bring the Rajasthani Mirchi Bada and you’re golden. They’re jaw-droppingly delicious along with...

After telling one staff member, who passed the responsibility to another, no one came to rectify the mistake. My dosa was finished, but the sambar never arrived. When I finally inquired about the terrible service, the staff compounded the issue by blaming each other, which clearly indicates a complete lack of management and accountability. I cannot...
