Extremely Dissatisfied with Garhwal Bakery's Service

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I recently received from your bakery.

I placed an order for a cake with Garhwal Bakery, well in advance for a special occasion on my father's birthday. I made an advance payment for the order, trusting that it would be delivered as promised.

However, there were significant issues that left me deeply dissatisfied:

Late Delivery: The cake was not delivered at the agreed-upon time. I had specifically requested a delivery time to align with my office hours, and this was not honored.

Lack of Communication: No one from Garhwal Bakery contacted me to inform me about any delays or complications. There was a complete lack of transparency regarding the status of my order.

Unprofessional Behavior: When I visited your store during my limited office break to inquire about my order, the staff, particularly a person named Ashish, not only failed to provide any helpful information but also engaged in an argument with me. This was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

No Apology: I was shocked by the lack of any apology from the bakery's staff for the inconvenience caused due to their delay and uncooperative behavior.

Internal Miscommunication: To my disbelief, I overheard one of your staff members advising another not to accept cake orders for the evening and not to promise delivery times to customers. This demonstrates a severe lack of organization and coordination within your team.

Inaccessible Contact Number: The contact number I managed to find on your Instagram page was switched off, which left me wondering why you even provide a contact number if it remains inaccessible to customers.

It is worth noting that I live near two well-known bakeries in Rishikesh, Poonam's, and Jashan. I chose Garhwal Bakery for this order, but the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I can confidently say that this will be my first and last order with your bakery.

As a customer, I value punctuality, professionalism, and transparency. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Garhwal Bakery has failed to meet these basic expectations. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your services and...

About quality of product is ok but the smell of clorin is there in product. Or may be it is because the Yeast they are using. It is sometimes high in smell and sometimes less.

But in rainy days it so much and I have returned the product. Even owner accepted that there were smell.

Even today I brought bread was ok but buns had the same smell.

They must check and improve the quality. I am not going to buy again. I never ever had such smell in britania or any other bread which is branded in my life ever.May be they use good quality water.

I am sure there kitchen would be in bad shape and will not be using...
